Are Denials and Recovery real products?
Yes. Both run in production inside Flow and are being repackaged as modules. Phare Recovery should not be described as a live standalone module today.
Are Denials and Recovery live as modules?
No. Only Flow components are live, such as the appeal writer used by R1's appeals unit.
How is it different from Epic's appeal writer?
Epic writes a basic summary. Denials adds payer policy, regulations, MCG criteria and the best submission channel.
Is the data lift lighter than for other products?
Don't say that. It can be complex.
How do we position it?
As first-of-its-kind technology, not outsourcing, targeting hundreds of millions in avoidable write-offs.
